We are a VC-backed startup company in Massachusetts seeking a Enterprise Engagement Manager to work directly with executives and senior staff within the IT departments at leading enterprises. The Client Engagement Specialist consults with their accounts to understand their technology and business goals and help translate these goals onto our SaaS-based platform. Ultimately you are responsible for driving client engagement with our platform through consultation and training so that their technology and business goals are realized through our service.
The ideal candidate will be smart, fearless, self-motivated, detail oriented, and adept at multitasking – someone who thrives in a culture of trust and accountability and who wants the chance to make a difference. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, love the challenge of unraveling a conundrum and devising a solution, and believe that the right idea at the right time can change the world. Account management skills are a huge plus, either in sales or in support. We assume you are a whiz with a browser. Knowing something about the IT industry is a big plus, too!
